Strategic Actions:

A 4.1    Create an inter-council mechanism to integrate University efforts and formulate an integrated plan on the promotion of communities of peace and cultural resilience. Such plan will include ensuring that University activities promote local culture.

4.2    Maximize the alumni/ae affairs and sports programs in the promotion of peace and cultural resilience and in inter-cultural and inter-religious dialogue.
F 4.3    Form students, faculty and staff who can engage in inter-religious and inter-cultural dialogue.
I 4.4    Develop and integrate Mindanao history, culture and arts modules into the curriculum. Use textbooks produced by the University.   Integrate inter-religious and inter-cultural concerns in the curriculum.

4.5    Implement an inclusive curriculum in all programs which includes a bridging program. Increase scholarships given to IPs and Muslims.

4.6    Establish at least 1 IP partner school to help the students prepare for University entry.
R 4.7    Conduct research that promotes peace and culture resilience. Ensure that the research by the University gathers and mainstreams locally generated knowledge.
E 4.8    Develop peace-building program for community leaders in Mindanao. Ensure availability of context-based peace-building training modules for communities.

4.9    Lead the creation of community-based peace networks, strengthen external linkages and collaborations, and engage in policy reform on peace and cultural resilience issues.

4.10 Develop an Ateneo Volunteer Program for young graduates in areas where AdDU has partner communities. Strengthen the Madaris Volunteer Program.
