Strategic Actions:

A 6.1    Review and strengthen structures and centers in the University that support and promote wealth creation and its equitable distribution in society.
F 6.2    Develop and implement formation programs that promote an entrepreneurial spirit among students, faculty and staff.
I 6.3    Integrate and emphasize social justice and the common good in business courses.

6.4    Institutionalize service learning as a mechanism for students and faculty engagement with partner communities for the development and implementation of community-based entrepreneurship initiatives.

6.5    Evaluate on-the-job training (OJT) and apprenticeship programs and ensure their meaningfulness and capacity to make employment of OJT students more probable.

6.6    Tighten collaboration among programs, centers, units for joint initiatives on community-based entrepreneurship and other related economic activities.

6.7    Pursue tie-ups with government and industry that can influence in the development of the curriculum in pertinent courses.
R 6.8    Pursue research that supports the creation and equitable distribution of wealth in Mindanao. This includes promoting the protection of intellectual property rights in the context of the common good.
E 6.9    Ensure a systematic and efficient database and management system for the mapping of partner communities and their resources as well as internal expertise and resources in support of creation and equitable distribution of wealth.

6.10 Advocate policies and systems that promote creation and equitable distribution of wealth that include promoting and mainstreaming of Shariah finance and Halal market and other policies.
